After publishing twelve humorous haiku books, you’d think I’d know everything about the industry!
I’m books behind; Libba Bray has recently come out with Beauty Queens, and I haven’t read any of the Gemma Doyle trilogy. But I am awed by Going Bovine.
In his recent essay, Running from the Borders, haiku publisher and author David Ash admits he’s pretty okay with Borders’ possible closure. “Why am I content to let Borders die?” he asks. “Well, at the risk of sounding petty, because Borders had already declared me dead . . .” Read the rest here.
