This charming bookshop in a darling red house in the Alberta Arts District in Portland (just a quick walk from Salt & Straw ice cream, if you like to double up your treats) focuses on kids’ books and kids’ events, and they do a bang-up job! Read-alouds on the porch, activities, sing-alongs, author events, and monthly read to a dog opportunities are just some of the fun to be had at Green Bean.
For their tenth birthday, the store will have treats all day.
