I’m so proud of my sister Annick. She writes smart and from her center. She reminds us to pay attention to the great glories and small treasures that we pass by every day. The payoff is bountiful, beautiful and often blessed. Her stories are hers alone, yet ours as well if we take the time to look and feel and let our own memories penetrate the shell to find the golden yolk. Even in heartache and despair, she hears birdsong and the laughter of dogs and gives us her music with open hands and heart.
