Every year, one cookbook draws me in again and again. This is that book for 2015. I’ve made a lot of delicious desserts out of this book, but the savory recipes, created by local chefs, are equally delicious. I’ve made hundreds of graham crackers, both regular & gluten-free, to build homemade s’mores. The Nibby Crackers have red wine & chocolate built in—genius!
