Sometimes a great bookstore also has a behind-the-scenes treat for its customers: a great bathroom. Granted, after hours of browsing and maybe a few cappuccini from an in-store cafe any bookstore restroom becomes a paradise, but the website Books & Whatnot is shining a spotlight on some truly spectacular bookshop WCs.
We were delighted to see a particularly artist Pacific Northwest gem featured: the restroom of The Homer Bookstore in Homer, Alaska. Read more about it here.
What are some of your favorite bookstore bathrooms?
I may be biased, but I’m partial to the one at Island Books.
