Korst is hosting a three-day Halloween-themed writing workshop in the scenic beach town of Pacific City, Oregon Friday October 25- Sunday October 27. Activities will focus on developing character and setting, descriptive writing using sensory detail, and writing tight, concise prose filled with action. Workshop activities are applicable to writers of fiction and non-fiction. Authors should come prepared to write A LOT and get their hands dirty in the hands-on components of the workshop. The workshop concludes on Sunday with a costume party, goody bag, and the reading of final, laboratory-inspired projects. Registration costs $300.
