Inklings Bookshop owner Susan Richmond shares some great Dad’s day recommendations in Book Scene, a weekly column that she and the store’s staff members write for the Yakima Herald. For the shirt-sleeve gourmet, she recommends the Sasquatch title Good Fish: Sustainable Seafood Recipes from the Pacific Coast by Becky Selengut. “Whether or not he knows one end of a hook from the other, he can do his fishing at the local seafood counter and produce a catch that will please the whole family,” she writes. “With recipes such as Newspaper Crab with Three Sauces and Cast Iron Rainbow Trout, he will rule the grill. For extra credit, wrap in a nice, white barbecue apron.” Nice idea, Susan!
