Our sweet and smart Miniature Australian Shepherd, Tillie, would be ruling the roost if I hadn’t learned a thing or two from Cesar, the Dog Whisperer. The best thing I learned is that I’m the pack leader, our house and all it’s contents are mine and I decide when we walk, eat and play. She is becoming happy and secure in that knowledge, though I must share the leadership with my husband, I guess.
