For the past several weeks Three Guys One Book has been all over Oregon author Patrick deWitt’s novel The Sisters Brothers leading up to it’s release this month. Here’s a clip from the review by one of The Guys, Jason: “…Eli and Charlie take a road trip interrupted at every turn in the dusty road by whiskey bottles, mail-order dentists, bears and assorted other distractions. I’ll leave the plot there, because there’s so much more to enjoy, and some great unseen twists.”
And if you’re not already hooked, Three Guys also pointed us to the new Sisters Brothers trailer, which, via clip-art animation and far out original music that would have made an honorable tribute at Charles Bronson’s funeral, alludes some of those “assorted other distractions.” Let’s ride.
