I have been known to read cookbooks like other people read novels. I was drawn to the vivid photos and the accompanying recipes in Bite Me. I stayed up late reading the hilarious asides and stories that pepper this cookbook by sisters Julie Albert and Lisa Gnat. And, I knew within minutes I would have to make the Honey-Baked Coconut Shrimp and the Coconut Lime Sticky Rice for dinner. I did just that last night, and, let me tell you, I had to go make more because we ate all the shrimp in a matter of minutes. I look forward to cooking my way through this cookbook! Delicious.
It may be a bit twee to comment on my own post, but I have to say the Beef Bourguignon recipe was also amazing. You want to have this cookbook in your kitchen.
Not twee, Claudia, but you are making us very hungry!
