Northwest booksellers love Olympia, WA artist Nikki McClure’s work so much that they gave her an Award this year for illustrating All in a Day, written by Portland author Cynthia Rylant. Megan Zabel at Powell’s Books in Portland called McClure at home about ten days ago and yesterday posted the interview on Powell’s blog. It’s pretty good. Most things with McClure are.
