Tasting Notes returns to Seattle on July 6th at The Triple Door! Join SCMS Artistic Director James Ehnes and cookbook author Kenji López-Alt for this one-of-a-kind evening bringing SCMS musicians together with acclaimed local chefs Taichi Kitamura (Sushi Kappo Tamura), Mutsuko Soma (Kamonegi & Hannyatou) and Christina Wood (Temple Pastries). Guests will experience live chamber music, cooking demonstrations, and a full dinner service featuring each chef’s creations. Seattle’s Book Larder bookstore be there with books for sale!
