“I am a collector; a curator of feathers, stones, pinecones, and bones. I love going out into the natural world and bringing a piece of its beauty and intrigue back indoors with me. Alan Dudley is a fellow collector, only he’s taken it far beyond my wildest dreams. Through the pages of this marvelous book you have the privilege of exploring perhaps the world’s most comprehensive private collection of skulls. There are stunning detailed photos of all things wild including: the pangolin, aardwolf, hippopotamus, capybara, silvery cheeked hornbill, and so much more! This book has substance too, providing a rich cultural history of skulls throughout time.”

NWBookLovers just happens to have two copies of this crazy cool book and we’re going to give them away to the first two people to share their wishes to own this book via the “Comments” field. Come on all you “Oddities” watchers!
Number three and beyond, you’ll have to get your copy of Skulls via Grass Roots or your local indie.
I have a problem with bones… They end up in my pockets, on my shelves, counters, social media feed. It’s so bad even friends send me pics of decaying carcasses, knowing I’ll want to jump the next ride to gather them. Surely, they need cleaning and a good home! I first saw this book on a shelf at an bookstore I worked at. We’ve loved each other ever since…only…they’re far from me. Can we bring that book home to me?
Done and done, Shannon.
There is something fascinating about bones. it’s like being able to look at something hidden and secret; to be able to see into the working of nature
Hidden and secret package coming your way, Kathy.
