Chloe and the Lion is one of the most clever, unique picture books I’ve seen. It starts out as a story about a little girl named Chloe who collects change to buy a ticket for the merry-go-round. It quickly becomes a heated argument between the book’s author and illustrator, but in the end, teaches us about the importance of collaboration and celebration of one another’s special talents.
